Episcopal Candidate Nomination Form
The Conference Secretary Alane Currier Griggs announces the following form also attached to be used to nominate persons for nomination for election as a Bishop.  Note that a paper copy of this form must be received by March 10 (not postmarked March 10).  The form is also available on RMCUMC.org under Conference Info -> Annual Conference Sessions -> 2008 Conference.

Dear members of the Annual Conference, 
	Attached is the form for the Rocky Mountain Conference nomination to the Western Jurisdictional Conference Episcopacy.  Please follow all directions carefully and be sure I receive it by March 10.  At Annual Conference, we will vote on the petitions and continue the nomination process until the body is in agreement to stop the process or nominate another person.

Instructions as set forth in Conference Rules F.2.a, pg. 482 (2007)
"Each lay and clergy member of the Annual Conference is invited to list up to three ministers for the Annual Conference to nominate for Episcopal election.   All ministers who are full members of any Conference are eligible for nomination.  The Conference Secretary must receive names no later than March 10.   Those submitting names shall sign the form identifying the local church or group by which they are elected as members of the Conference."  

Forms will not be accepted electronically - hard copies only.

I believe that the following person(s) would serve any annual conference within our Jurisdiction well as a bishop:  (you can list no more than three)
